Me And You

The love that we had,
The things that we shared,
I wish I could get it back,
‘cause the guilt has me racked,

I was waiting all this time,
Wishing I could make it rhyme,
This is not how it should go,
I finally found words to let you know,

You’ve always been a part of me,
When time was bad or full of glee,
Doesn’t matter where life takes us along,
This is where you belong,
You truly make me feel at home,
‘cause I know ill never be alone,
And I know that it is true
Ill never find someone new,
Because it has always been…
