This Bed

Lying on this lonely mattress
A desert island since you went away
I miss your breath on my back your sweet caress
Will you come home to rescue me today

Without you beside me this bed has grown
And I'm lost in all it's vastness
Your love was like none I've ever known
Now I'm alone without your tenderness
