Obsession

I hate myself because of you,
my obsession,
you know it's true
The life nearly sucked out of me
I feel as though I can barely breathe
The thought of you makes me sad
Because I'm mad
about you
You taunt me with you smile
danger playing on your lips
the thought of it gives me hope,
for a while
I won't breathe unless you breathe,
Won't bleed unless you bleed.
Won't be unless you be
but you still lean over to whisper in my ear
'I love you, girl.'
The thoughts in my brain do a little whirl
But the next day your there
and so is she
giggling at everything you say
So, here's my heart
keep it safe
but I already know,
you'll throw it away.
