Defects temporary- wrong choice, the crime

Who drinks continually
Stop enabling; set bound'ries;
Call authorities

D-rinking and driving a big mistake
W-ill justice system give you a break?

My dreams run nightly;
Envisaged clearly;
Displayed, confined
