My Heart Is Swollen

I would waive the fifth just to defend your name.
Not just because I hope you would do the same,
but because I would rather watch myself dying,
than to even imagine you crying.
But I can't even ask you out
because I'm afraid of the awkward silence,
would make me go down with my lights-out.
So what I am saying is I won't risk it because I don't have the valiance.
So now I just wait for the time my cowardice decides to leave,
and then I will explain to you how I feel.
With more emotion than Shakespeare himself could try to perceive.
This is that time where I finally get out of my lonely ordeal.
Because you're in the spotlight to stolen,
And my heart is only getting more swollen.
