they have fear in their hearts,
but courage in their eyes,

Those that look the happiest,
may not be the ones that truly are.
not everything is as it seems,
and everyone may be hidding a hidden injury and past,

He sits there, patiently expecting a response,
even though everyone else if gone,
ever hopeful of the impossible,
and still he waits.

Life rages on,
just like a raging thunderstorm,
ever moving,
never stopping.
...

As they march forward,
they think back to their lives, their family, and friends.
wondering if they will ever see them again...
but still they march on.

Dont dwell on the bad,
it will stain your heart, and your soul.
it will corrupt you,
and turn your life to ruin.
