Time begins upon a wind, a journey of the first, to find the ground, come whistling down, to quench a hungry thirst.
The skies are bright, nights are light & time is racing through, slow pressure down into the ground, a passage welcome too.

The heavy earth comes raining down to put me in my place, I'm sinking down to find my crown & start a brand new phase.

One rose for one year, our love is only young.
One year in so many, our lives have just begun.
If we live until 90,91 or 92.
Then I'll buy a small farm in the country,
...

My dreams are still asleep, thoughts on a page, goals unscored and paths unlaid.

My journey is still in motion, steps to be stepped, bridges to cross over and treasures to be kept.
...

The Trees in the world are like gods to me,
Standing tall, standing strong for all those to see,
Giving us the very air we breathe,
Routed deep in the ground finding strength underneath.

Trees

Time begins upon a wind, a journey of the first, to find the ground, come whistling down, to quench a hungry thirst.
The skies are bright, nights are light & time is racing through, slow pressure down into the ground, a passage welcome too.

The heavy earth comes raining down to put me in my place, I'm sinking down to find my crown & start a brand new phase.
I start to split & break & crack, a journey of the last, when I look down & see the ground, a distant land, the past

I'm cautious now, I can't tell how, if life will treat me fare, to look above the ground again to see what space I share.
To feel so small, insignificant, to dream of standing tall, the lightest breeze may topple me & one day I might fall.

The strength begins to rise in me, it's running through my veins, old feelings seem to fade away: the struggle, the fear, the pains.
Open arms, smile at the world & wave at new beginnings, my journey has come round so fast my head is nearly spinning.

Feeling broad & self assured my core is standing straight, my roots are deep, foundations built, I'm on to something great.
The wind now just a friend to me, a friend that I adore, for it helps my love & helps my life into the world once more.
