Show Me The Way

Lord our heavenly father

My brain has become condemned

My actions have out weighed my words

Time and time again

I feel like the world

In which I live

Is slowly closing in

These demons and drugs

Has taken their toll

For a life made in sin

I clear my throat

Wipe my eyes

Sit in silence and pray

Pray for some strength

And pray for some hope

That you will show me the way
