walking hand in hand
down the path of lonesome melodies
we drift across the land.

Deep inside my conscience
it rains upon my soul
it pierces through my heart
and leaves a dark and burning hole

red is the Rose, so vibrant and pure
sharp is the thorn that bites
torn is the flesh that beauty deceived
and pain is the story it writes

Tap tap I dance around myself
cackling as i bend
I tear my inner world apart
and watch the colors blend

Darkness in my soul

To cause me endless pain
Broken I've become
I've nothing left to gain.
Darkness that I feel
You're breaking me apart
Chipping me away
Tearing out my heart.
You've overpowered me
You've tainted everything
I'm crippled and alone
From the nothingness you bring.
Darkness hear my cry
I plead you spare my soul
I'm the only thing I have
I beg you leave me whole.

The light begins to show
