Don't you get tired?
Of drama's in life

Doesn't it make you?

I use to be a disco queen
Would bounce from couch
To chair then floor
And boogie around

My Father is a man of pride
Who often takes a swig, whenever he is down?

But despite all that

The small little rag doll
Made with love
Each stitch sown
By tender loving hands

I smile to myself
as I read each poem
and each word and think
oh what wonder this brings
