See What You Did To Me

Can you tell this smile is a lie?
Have you ever took the time out to ask yourself why I cry?
Have you ever woundered about the scares on my arm?
Even though I say ' dont worry I do no harm.'
Yes, I keep my hopes and wishes to myself.
For there all I have left.
My dreams have been torn apart.
Now theres no way for me to restart.
All I can to is keep my head up high.
When something bad happens take a deep sigh.
One day this smile will not be fake.
Thats when this nightmare ends and I awake.
You once told me it was odd how I act like im fine when every one knows im not okay.
But would you really want me to tell you your the reason im this way?
How would you feel if I told you these tears I cry are because of you?
Then again if I told you I have nothing to lose.
If I told you how i lay up with you on my mind at night.
Would my love go back in your sight?
