Beyond Gravity

Part I
By my own lifted head I swear,
I want to be a spaceship up somewhere.
Around my head dreams have swirled.
To be the moon and fly in cycle,
Fly over the world mile on mile
See the nations from an above view.
See opinions from an outside view.
Not to be stuck in just one culture,
Not to have to believe in every lecture,
But to be my own good teacher.
Say good bye to earth and leave her!

Part II
Maybe to move to a new planet,
With love and life Id write in every sonnet.
For life would not be living and killing,
But a new meaning to thriving and thrilling.
Perhaps with no gravity or thought of pity,
With nothing to do but walk and ditty.
Just me, mine, and I, come to if you want to soar.
You and I make the world to our own lore.
You and I not stuck in anything,
For on our planet we are everything.
