Kostika Collaku Biography

Kostika Çollaku was born in Korça on July 4th,1989. From the age of 2 he lives in Thessaloniki, Greece. He graduate from a private school in speciality ‘’Music with Technology’’ with diplomatic subject ‘’Music and Picture’’. He is a holder of a harmony degree from conservatory of Northern Greece. In 2009 he was awarded by two awards and one commendation on the 7th international composition competition organized by Volos conservatory ‘’Foudoulis’’ in association with International Art Society & Academy. Also he was nominated as ‘’Artist of the Year’’ 2009 from the worldwide festival Interartia. From January of 2011 he is a member of ‘’Mixed Choir of Thessaloniki’’ as bass.)

Fearless Bird

As we suffer the absence of light,
in the darkness devided we stand.
Our life like a long dark tunnel
is waiting for us to be crossed.

Fly my fearless bird,
go to the other side
and then fly back
to tell me what you saw.


I have lost my faith,
for the answer and light.
My years of longing are over though,
I see a white spot in the sky.

Come to me my bird
and give me hope.
You look so calm,
but why are you bleeding?
