Darkness Surrounds

Darkness surrounds first taking the ground then starting up my feet. As it moves slowly up my knees become weak. Overtaking my middle my arms outstretched to grab the last bit of light. As it moves over my shoulder and up my neck I start to feel alright.

As you succumb to what I've become you'll see your end in sight, but have no fear don't believe what you hear tonight is not your night I just want you to see the pain in me as darkness surrounds.
