There is a lot of violence,
As i sit here and suffer in silence.
One cut leads to many more,
And soon my skin becomes all torn.

I cut to try and get rid of the pain.
But the pain seems to never go away.
Everytime my life seems like its getting better something always seems to bring me back down.
For once in my life i would like to have more than a day of happiness.

I was depressed for so long.
And after 2 months of help i thought i was free.
I was so happy.
But, like always, i was wrong, of course.
