Our Lord has sent it with a grace.
We paradise create in dreams
Wishing to live in love’s sunbeams.

It was a cold January morning,
all around looked a bit boring.
In Washington’s subway
was the beginning of the ordinary day.

I won’t tarry,
I won’t marry,
I won’t complain,
Though the pain will remain.

I look into your loving eyes,
my soul feels and realize
how they are so wise.

Freedom! Freedom! Freedom!
Such a sweet word!
But it can’t be presented as an award
