the tire swing and that water hole down back,
it was so refreshing until the day we heard a crack,
my friends were all playing and jumping and swinging,
one went too far and a car was within this.

Take me back to that time when we were young,
we used to play in the creek and have lots of fun.
We had no cares and had no fear,
that time when we were free, we stole dads beer.

So much to do
so much to tell,
when im with you
my head does swirl
...

the little girl sits on the step to weep,
tears are rolling down her cheek.
She tries to be strong as her mother tells
of how her father has left this world.

I want to draw but i cannot
so i paint pictures through my words
portraits of the past, things that last,
...

In the beginning it had begun
the times had turned the wars were won
but the people were found to co-exist
with the plants of the world
...

Listening to oasis late at night,
Thinking back to that long lost fight
What was I thinking, who would have known
From something so small, it could have grown
...

A dream is a dream
But a dream may not be as it should seem
For this dream that I dreamt
Showed more than flashing pictures
...

Out In the meadow I sit and stare
At the sky so bright at the clouds so light
They look so dreamy, they look so fun
Jumping around on the lazy sun
