A quality of life slowly beginning its nosedive,
Right before whoever is left with clear eyes.
No longer stunned or numbed.
Or left shocked by a doing done.

Obviously obnoxious.
Blatantly ego driven, self-centered and crude.
Smooth talker although convincingly ignorant.
And,

I sit observing to eventually wonder.
Where is Heaven?
And who amongst us has experienced its existence.
Not one shared 'selfie' produced have I seen.
...

Only a fool would believe,
A blooming tree to cut its worth down...
With growing branches and budding leaves,
Could survive after being separated...
...

Calculated misplacement,
Are your emotions shown.
But unknown to my feelings,
Attempting to connect them.
...

I waited.
With a patience.
You once stated wasn't there to declare.
I even made changes to my attitude.
...

I am more today dedicated.
To what it is I love.
That which is my own to discover.
And not imitated to have been found by another.
...

To first know what it is kept,
Valued and worthy to praise.

Money stashed has no warmth from it to comfort.
...

Caviar and blood rare prepared steak.
Served by glove wearing servants.
On boned thin China plates.
And garnished is the smothered dirt.
...

Keep doing those good things done you do.
You inspire so many people.
Although you may not be aware,
Of it to believe it true.
