How we met.
I'm haunted by that meeting.

These debates between candidates,
Running for elective office to be voted in...
To run for president are becoming sporting events,
These days.
...

Who wins and loses?
Who cheats and deceives?
Who manipulates religiously?
And still perceives,
...

Nothing believed comes,
If one should run from it.
And...
Nothing believed comes,

A diminishing of integrity,
Now gone.
A diminishing of equality,
Now gone.
