Waiting to see if you'll chase after me
Knowing you never will...
Is this love or is it comfort?

For now I'll be what you want me to be
I'll be your twisted fantasy
Everything you want and need

Nothing like the lyrics to your favorite song
To make you realize all the things you're doing wrong
Knowing I'm letting all the opportunities pass me by
When I could be taking my last breath and die
...

Every time I exhale, I'm getting closer to death
I can see parts of my soul slowly leaving with my breath
I can see more of me fading away
Little by little each and everyday
...

So many things need to be said
These thoughts I'd rather keep in my head
That one word used to come so easy to you
But now you refuse to say it, for it might not be true
...

I cannot say what loves have come and gone;
They used to be the ones I relied on.
Time has gone by and so have they...
Maybe I'll see them again someday.
...

Letting go is hard to do.
I feel like i need you,
To always be by my side...
Though now-a-days things are different
...

But deep inside I know I still love him.
