From all across the land
So much there is to share
Sometimes will take a stand.

Ponds and lakes warm for ducks and geese
New flowers both small or sturdy and tall.

Old barns capture my attention
As I drive across the land
They dot the country landscape
On solid ground on which they stand.

My friend, it was just this morning
As I said "hi" to the day
I saw a beautiful sky
It wouldn't stay that way.

I wonder if there is a season that God
Is more proud of than any other
For each has its own special beauty
But for sure they all inspire.

They are like my friends or my family
Oh yes, they truly are
As welcome as the nighttime
Skyward shining stars.

Do you ever miss school?
Well, I just have to say
That I do not miss it
Not one single day.

I looked way up high and I could see
A sweet squirrel looking down at me

I loved his design, his stripes and such

The small town scrutinized
The pretty lady on the hill
She came from out of nowhere
Folks couldn’t get their fill
