Megan Jonson Poems

They say love is why we suffer
They say attatchment causes pain
But I'd rather bleed forever
Than live alone again
...

I saw your face
In all my dreams
Every night
It was haunting me
...

How do you save
The one who's dying?
How do you comfort
The one who's crying?
...

Life goes on
We move along
And I know you're gone
But it won't be long
...

The scars remain
From when we were we
But I don't want
You to see
...

Watching the billowing smoke
Rise to the sky
Depart from the ground
As I say goodbye
...

7.

You're late again
And I'm livid inside
But that all melts away
When I see your smile
...

Haggard face
Weary eyes
Eager crowds awaiting
My demise
...

The sweat drips down their faces
As they slowly suffocate
Bluing flesh and jagged bones
This is all they'll ever know
...

Isn't it funny
All the poems wrote
...

The Best Poem Of Megan Jonson

No Pain No Gain

They say love is why we suffer
They say attatchment causes pain
But I'd rather bleed forever
Than live alone again

Yes there'd be less scars
If we didn't sacrifice our hearts
To the person that we love
But surely that feeling's worth being torn apart

Because the way I feel
Every day with you
I would not give up
To avoid the wounds

And it's the reason why
We rip our hearts a thousand times
Why we drag ourselves
Through these living hells
Because to hurt and maim
Ourselves this way
Must have a worthy cause
For all lifes flaws
