Life

Life is beauty
it comes in many forms
starting from the humans all the
way through to the ecstatic animals
that bound along just happy to be alive.

I wish that I could freeze time
so I can take time to look around
at the smaller things which
I guess some of us just take for granted
like well just about everything.

I love life, but no one understands that
it is the most fragile of things which can
be broken so easily; it starts off with the
heartbreak of the first break up
to that time of that fatal crash which stole
that life from the world, from my world
and it was one of those things which
you thought would never
happen to you or your family.

To be honest no one actually realises how valuable a life actually is
until, that one day when the unthinkable happens… it is lost.
