Miss Fairytale Poems
Do you ever stare into the eyes of a beautiful soul and wonder how many memories they hold? How many thoughts they've had of you
Dark paradise filters into the word painters mind like butterflies and deadly lies.
A blood-slice high in black grows fat as an orange to a full blood moon.
Tomb of Secrets
My cherry stone heart bleeds sweet Eyes drown in black Lips drawn in pink. My multi-tonal hair bleeds down my back
The raging quiet and the enemies within shrink or thrive on my desperate fear.
The children weep in their graves While we eat at God's abottoir. Like polystyrene dolls Made to look dishonest.
I walk towards the sun My body limp and numb, I see you
Dressed in tinsel and golden beads The tree stand proud before the room Laughter dances through its needles Swirling through the room
Butterflies & Razorblades
Butterflies sting my arms As razorblades ride the winds, I am nothing but bone beneath the flesh
And all my fear All my wishes Seem twisted And distorted
In the after-birth they bathe as birds, quietly smothered in the red.
The Rot of Flowers
I am so bored of flowers, I dream in wounds Root-deep,
Lacking an inborn sense of territory I could soar through rivers, But in midair I was exulted.
We had opened my old tin trunk To read, in the lid, a yellowed inscription An apologetic note from she to me

Do you ever stare
into the eyes of a beautiful soul
and wonder how many memories they hold?
How many thoughts they've had of you
How many dreams you've shared.
How many times have you known you were right,
and watched him whilst he slept at night,
Told him that he's worth so much
Held him as cried his pain away
Thinking you could drown in those eyes,
Painful tears that wash nothing away
Tears that no one else can see,
Because the only girl he loves is me.
When your eyes drip
I want to kiss the anguish away
Hug you so tight that
