The Best Poem Of Nick Rivera

We Are Valuable

Our value doesn’t come from you,
me or he or she.
Our value comes from the man above,
The man we live by and the lord almighty that we love.

It all started with the Jews.
God chose them and did not lose.
He freed them from the Egyptians.
He gave them the land of Canaan.

The Jews immediately had to fight.
God helped them showing off his might.
The Jews were happy and began to grin.
Then they were unfaithful and began to sin.
God was disgusted and step away.
The Jewish glory started to decay.
But the birth of his son was glorious day.
All who believed in him screamed hooray.

Jesus had his twelve loving disciples,
And his haters the Pharisees.
Of course those are the people who believed him the least.

They thought they won when they put him on the cross.
But really it was their lost.
Because Jesus died for the cause.

This brings me to my point.
Jesus taught us why we are odd.
And of course the reason is because of how valuable we are to God.
