Oatem Folk Poems

One day I'm sure I'll see my self,
Amongst society, enjoying ‘this'
This that life can give, to enjoy and endure,
To find ‘some' spiritual inner bliss.

Faceless For Now

One day I'm sure I'll see my self,
Amongst society, enjoying ‘this'
This that life can give, to enjoy and endure,
To find ‘some' spiritual inner bliss.

To what end will I travel,
To find what I think I need?
Will I have to love and hate?
Maybe command, demand, Grovel or plead?

Maybe.

I'm not alone now.
To be a new character on ‘this' stage
Is my ultimate quest.
To this legends end
‘This' shall never rest.
