The sun beats down from up above
Heat waves let us know
The crowd knows it as I do
That it is time to play

I can hear the cries of the crowd
High up in the stands
People look like colorful ants

The play is fast, dangerous, and tense
With all the force and gear, players could tackle a tree
Every player like a bee, working hard for a win

Another ball is catapulted
Here in this football rapture
Quarterback’s throw is something
Every camera should capture

Every fan In The stands
Mentally supportive
Every player geared up
Like medieval knights



A game comes to an end
My team won again
People proud standing up
Like a morning bird cheering their lungs out
