Penny Hemans (23 December / Westminster)
A qualified secretary, horticulturalist, Reflexologist and Reiki healer, I was born in Westminster but lived in Aberdeen for the first three years of my life, returning each year with my family and securing my Scottish roots, that remain firmly fixed to this day. I have hiked, biked, climbed, cruised, jogged and driven around much of the British Isles, despite contracting M.E. in 1984, lived and worked in Japan and Australia and backpacked around India for a year in 1985/6 visiting the Taj Mahal, the foothills of the Himalayas and many other wonders of the Indian continent.
