Captivating Man - Poem by Lisa thecountrygirl Timmermand

Captivating like a ceiling, hiding the sun
Cold as ice, love undone
You left me with a silver spoon in mouth
only told me you'd be away, far down south

Loud as a flute tune
Rich as a fortune
You held me tight
Never left me out of sight

Hard and protective, my own saviour
Brave and beautiful, but bad behaviour
You kept me from loneliness
and from everlasting togetherness
