Flowers

Flowers can grow big or small
You can see them in gardens or malls
Some trees have flowers too
Some have many but some have few

Plant some trees and wait a few days
It can grow in many ways
Flowers are one of the things why our lands are bright
These are what bees just bite

Roses are red, violets are blue
Whenever I see them I don't feel so blue
Waterlilies, Daffodils and Marigold
See all the wonders untold

Oh flowers, flowers so hard to be
For you are all so lovely to see
Save the flowers to brighten the land
And each lend a helping hand

Flowers are like angels to the poets soul.
They really make our days brighter.
    You said it very well.
Let us all go and smell at least one flower today. (Report) Reply

poet Robert Browning

After
by Robert Browning

Take the cloak from his face, and at first
Let the corpse do its worst!

How he lies in his rights of a man!
Death has done all death can.
