I Hate School - Poem by Theresa Short

Bullies,
Uptight rich snots,
Criticism,
Hatred,
Relationships gone bad,
Some good,
Teachers yelling trying to teach,
Teachers slacking to teach,
Clicks, groups,
High class low class rank,
A jail cell in hell,
Idiotic, smart ass, snobby people all in one,
A place I want out of so soon and so bad,
I will not miss it one little bit,
May 2015 could not come any sooner!

If you have not read them yet, I think you will like the essays from Emerson and Thoreau on self-reliance and non-conformism. The world needs this extremely much. I think you are young lady with great potential.
Good poem, free and strong. (Report) Reply

It sounds like the same school
    I went to
    though there's nothing
    normal about what some indure.
It is mostly why I never went.
Though you must for them try.....iip (Report) Reply
