Pain Really Hurts

Truth Is.....I am Sad
Of life being the way it is
Since not much can be changed
As all one can do is to suffer.
The evil power of pain will make you cry as much you can
Since, it will only make one realize that life really hurts
So much that a person is not able to breathe.
Emotions begin to choke
Fresh air starts to disappear
Dullness begins to capture, all that once was bright
Is how bad life can be
So, smile till you can
As pain can arrive any day without any prior notice
To only make one suffer, then it is going to hurt
Pain, really hurts.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Smiles are rare in this life so do not miss the chance to smile. As when pain arrives then it really begins to hurt and that is when a person regrets not smiling even more.

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
