Pleasure In My Pain Poem by Desmond Idiagbonya

Pleasure In My Pain

Pain and pleasure are the glow that garnish the globe.
Oh my pain, you have brought a bond that has knitted all my friends and family together.

Oh my pain, I tried to take a painkiller knowing that you may not be a pleasurable experience to me, but you have built my pleasure in ways that pleasure alone simply couldn't achieve.

Oh my pain, they said you are the key to making me holy, but how can I know when my pleasure refuse to quench my unending excruciating pain.

Oh my pain, is it too hard for you to show me how I can bottle my tears in order to unleash the latent pleasure within my relentless agonizing experience.

Oh my pain, you have brought a dark cloud in the sky turn my reign into rain. you know i wanna cry from the hurt and ache you caused me, but I ceal my tears in the shame.

Oh my pain, you have blinded my eyes to see the sunshine. In the midst of my pain, it's hard to see God in the eye of the burning train. You created a strain at the place I lain.

Oh my pain, this was how you created the pleasure and gain in the midst of my Hain.
Praise God, He created the plain that slain my pain.

God the Father is reforming us, causing,
shaping, making, and conforming us,
So that our pain can train us to grow in up the midst of wane.

Sometimes my pain is for someone else's gain, causing death and tears in me, is causing life and bliss in you. Now my heart is painted with a trailing and glazing mail.

I am lame and tamed in my lonely lane
but I realise, Just as one man's pain is another man's gain, in the same vain, one man's trash is another's treasure.

Pain and pleasure grease the world.
The God that reign eternal, He created the fire and the rain, and sometimes i enter the fire that refine me into a pure gold.

Now I can see the gain amidst the pain. And my pain has caused me pleasure to reign in life. Oh my pain, you have brought gain back to my game of pleasure.

Go read the whole of Isaiah 53, God used the pain and death of His only begotten Son (Jesus) to regain the whole universe to Himself.

I want to urge y'all to realise that God in heaven is pleased to using our pains for His own gain and glory. He allows the pain sometimes in order for us to gain in life.
