Rise Up The Infernal Damnation Of Greed

Rise up the infernal damnation of greed,
Control the strong, Consume the weak,
Bathe in the blood of the innocent,
Paint the landscape shades of red,
The ground is quick to swallow the souls left dead,

Pockets grow bigger as mothers weep,
Green be the color that evil reaps,
Your body, a cash crop waiting to sell,
To death’s cold embrace, Welcome to hell,
Where the rich men get fatter, the poor man used,
The youth of today become tomorrow’s abused,
Strike down dissent, Opinions are wrong,
If you are different, you do not belong,

Land of the arrogant, Home of the corrupt,
Who needs trust when you have to the ability to blow things up.

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
