Sometimes

Sometimes
You bite your lip
When you don't know what to say.
All I can say is,
'I like that.'

Sometimes,
I pull your hair
Because I like you, and that's what boys do
When they like girls
And don't know how to show it.

Wake the better soul, that slumbered,
To a holy, calm delight;

Ere the evening lamps are lighted,
