The b is so sweet
ب like a clock hanging down
the t is its friend
ت taking two teaspoons of sugar
and th takes three teaspoons full
ث he loves it, you see
while the n is so funny
calling no! ن only one
teaspoon of sugar for me
and the ii / y has two angry eyes:
ي with which it frowns upon me
the d has the nose of a donkey
د while the r is a quarter circle
ر out of kilter
and the aa ا ; w/uu و , dh ذ , and z ز
refuse to be touched by a letter coming after
and when n is ن , r ر and z ز
is touched by a letter coming before
they sulk and sink down below the line!
