fallen tears
Poems by fallen tears : 13 / 18
The girl behind the mask
Her skin is covered in make-up but no-one cares what's within
Everyday she spends hours applying her mask that hides her from pain
She feels disgraced as she paints her face
Covering her true self
She can't let anyone see who she really is
She looks at the mirror and stares at the reflection
She hates the person she's become
Always hiding behind a mask
She knows she must change
But she doesn't know how
fallen tears
