The Sweetest Thing

The sweetest thing...
That sweet smile set upon his lips
The sweetest thing...
That sweet kiss he leaves on your neck while holding you by your hips
The sweetest thing...
The sweet touch when he brushes away your hair while your sleeping
The kiss he leaves on your forehead when he leaves to go to work
And siliently whispers 'I love you baby'
Turns and looks at you just before he walks out the door
And then soon texts you to say 'good morning love'

The sweetest thing ive ever known
Is the kiss you left me on my colar bone
The dorkiest texts you send to my phone
The love youve shown....
Your style the way you walk the way you talk
Is so intoxicating
And i get so impatient
I hate when you keep me waiting
I reminisce when im alone
The sweetest thing ive ever known...
Give me chills right to my core past my bones...
The sweetest thing ive ever known

When biting Boreas, fell and doure,
Sharp shivers thro' the leafless bow'r;
When Phoebus gies a short-liv'd glow'r,
