A thought throughout the day
Is where I'll be
when you think of me.

My rock for which I lean on,
My laughter when i'm sad,
He's the one I count on most,
My brother thru and thru.

My son is my sunshine and he's not with thee.
Love was lost when my husband left,
I lost my heart to it felt.

Miles
A simple heartbeat away
A thought throughout the day
Is where I'll be
when you think of me.
We'll still be together all day
even thousands of miles away,
because you reside in my heart
so truly we can never be apart.
Distance is but a few miles,
worth traveling to see your smiles.
If your eyes ever fill with mist
inbetween these visits,
just close your eyes, and open your heart
you will fill me there its a place I shall never part.
Connected by blood we are
so no matter the distance you will never be far
