She had left my palm
Right when she was closest to my heart
She has fallen through my fingers like grains of sand
Fallen into the grasp of another man
...

My brain is overload...overfilling...spiraling...spinning...with a thousand thoughts of knowledge, and need, and its in there churning like milk to cream.
Its overflowing...spilling out... and yet it wants to be crammed in till there no space for it...with more and more.
However it may not have the capacity to hold it all.
It must come out...relaxing...with content and with passion...
...

'Yeah you are'
It's been a long time but your just the same.
I never loved her; I'm glad, now she's in your throne
And you stay idly in her's, not caring for the soon to come pain.
...

Our streets that sleep
Instead choke and weep.
With their woeful guilt
as they begin to wilt.
...

My love perishes as my heart dissolves
And I do not blame them, I blame no one.
My thoughts diminish as they
Are taken apron by the wildest of thoughts:
...

My dreams consumed by you, so was my heart
When you stole it, you could keep it from me
Until it could return to pump these veins
That keep my mind as a shrine to your heart
...

Friday nights of endless Waits,
Deacon sine waves and vocal plates.
Saturday mornings piano jazz,
No time for contemporary fads...
...

The light was bright, and now diminished.
It's glow soon faded, and as ever darkness prevailed.
Brightness slowly crept up upon us,
Slowly and with no haste.
...

To most it rushes over us like the waves above the pebbles.
They rarely touch except for their quick glimpse into the unknown.
To others is consumes them.
They are rock pools that are smothered until they die.

Two word with many similarities but can also be contradicting.
'Why do the angles in this room equal a rectangle, and why does it not fit to my eyes'
'This late, this is going well, first conversation with her in a while'
This late at night I am tied, I know tomorrow will be hard.
...

Soon the bud fell.
The petals bleed - descending down the stem
Crying, falling into brown earth.
Gushing through canyons of desire.
...

Him and her, she and I.
One triangle in and out.
Spreading through, thinking of you,
Eternally me and you?
...

14.

The chorus turns silent until an echo of of treble attacks my senses.
In the summer the weather will not do this, not to the extent of the darker months
when the cold makes skin brittle and minds confused.
The beach is near on the horizon,
...

When one leaves there surroundings, there home.
In search of the desires.
To travel to another place, maybe even someone-else's home.
Only to find what was wanted; was back were you began.

The Best Poem Of robert down

But Tomorrow Will Be Know Better...

She had left my palm
Right when she was closest to my heart
She has fallen through my fingers like grains of sand
Fallen into the grasp of another man
My only achievement is that he is a good person
And not the other that she may of chosen
Now my fingers clench into a fist
But not to attack my opponent
But rather to catch the tears
Of tomorrow, and it's biggest fears
Moving on, the hardest part
Should of got used to a broken heart
All I have is my frown
Uncompromising and my only crown
