in the moment as life seems to stand still so this spirit
can get the most out of it.

Riding rhythms toward an unknown destination into another
dimension, as life pulls this mind into a reservoir of
solitude, peace and solace.

Erasing the sadness from within this heart with tears flowing
exactly in time with tempos of rhythmic sounds now bursting
into beautiful colors.

Train coming around the tracks, not slowing down for even
a moment, loving the way this spirit pulls it constantly
into realms of fantasy.

Mind setting with the sun, taking it into a quiet solitude
that takes intellect into a separate portion of this brain,
creating and allowing pictures and images to fall upon land-
scapes being held within.

Tonight everything looks brand new, light crawling across
the ceiling, taunting this mind with an electric pulse,
looking like colorful lively little bugs.

Raking thoughts as they fall within a waterfall, letting go
and sliding down into a pool of water below, splashing water
touching this little soul.

Riding along with clouds above, singing a song of ghost
riders as they galloped alongside this poet and into
the darkened night.

Seething within for a love that never seems to come out
in the open, soothing words fill many songs in this life,
but none ever touch this broken heart at all.

Dancing along shores of happiness, heart beating in
patterns of love that have never been tested before,
letting go of all that was never really learned.
