Poetry Of The Dead

Let the laughs and love set calm.
Kill them, like I walk dead now.
I am, the famous living dead, among them I drag my uplifted self.
I want to be just like you.
You heard me cry and squeal promising a forever and yet you run.
Here, I promised and you sit there wishing me purity? Unity and internal happiness?
You were my happiness!
You were my God!
You were everything and still you run.
And I don't care, if they pulled you and ripped you just to stitch you up again like a puppet. Because it changed nothing, it won't change how I only begged that superior force that I don't even believe in, a million times to protect you.
But now, tissues can't even hold my despair any longer. Nothing can quiet me, as my tears are spilled, soaking up my carpet.
Why can't be like I be you?
Walk away destroying whomever swims passed me.
It's ridiculous how foolish I was.
I fell in depths of love that no one has ever fallen.
I felt love that others would envy.
People would kill for the type of love I had for you.
Now nothing belongs to me.
Forever live young butterfly.
Let my tears soak up, as the chairs are put back to place.
The parade of the dead is conquered and ready to march.
Let the carpet sit dry and rest, as if I were never there.
You are everything and still you run.
Never weaken, never give up.
For I have nothing.
Nothing ever again.
