Scott W. Greenlaw Poems

Sweet rose a light, my soul delight
Still captured by that rose so bright.
All will hear and know the story,
Of this lovely roses' glory
...

I hear the rainfall of many words,
Like a rainbow of diamonds across a sea
Of crystal glass or an illuminating pearl,
The showers of jewels echo's my soul.

Rose Of Sharon

Sweet rose a light, my soul delight
Still captured by that rose so bright.
All will hear and know the story,
Of this lovely roses' glory
Settled down upon the ground, oh
That precious seed, the shone
Of light beyond the night, on
Beauty she does feed.
Rushing streams of water lifts,
Come down the everlasting cliffs.
The rose as soon it will appear,
Tell me that my sweet is near.
For I will joy with happiness,
Smile upon my face.
My deep and prrecious lovely
Rose, for always will embrace.
The people of this world shall see,
All nations, they will know.
My deep and still abiding love,
For truly it is so.
