No man is born with a silver spoon,
He doesn’t know how to reach the moon,
It’s during the life typhoon,
He learns that he can fly with a balloon.

Above the same floor,
Below the same roof,
Around the same globe.

Come in here,
Compete without fear.
Aim a little higher,
Don’t ever tire,

Emotions are the foe of gain,
They reign the heart and ruin the brain,
They clutter the mind like a rotten drain,
But determination in vein is the road to fain.

I’m million years old,
I’m more precious than gold,
I’ve mysteries untold and
Those fighting me must be bold.

A Rainy Night

It was 7.00 in the night
The down pour of rain was a scaring sight
The surroundings were very bright
Lit by the hoardings light

I stood underneath a tower
Expecting a little cover
People were pushing me in to the shower
But I rooted my foot with a little power

The branches in the trees
Were dancing in the breeze
It was getting colder
And I started to sneeze

The words on the boards
Were blurred by the mist
The toads on the roads
Spurred in to life and fizzed

The showers had decreased
I felt completely diseased
I put my foot out with a totter
And wished I had powers like Harry potter

Now, almost an hour later
I was shocked to see my watch full of water
My ignorance thought it stopped working
And I felt small compared to him.
