The Dark Truth

It was the month of Feb when I saw her first time,
she was looking stunning in a yellow dress,
and guess what? Our eyes met at that time,
she started staring me and I became stressed.

I left soon and sat in my car,
was searching her from the window pane,
and thinking about the moments which seemed far,
but found her nowhere on the lane.

She gave me a surprise by coming in my dream,
surely she grabbed a place in my heart and brain,
her golden eyes were unique and her skin color was cream,
I don't know why I was thinking about her again and again.

We met again in the canteen,
but this time she was staring some other guy,
it raised my temperature and I could sigh,
In a few minutes, I got up and told her goodbye.

She was too busy to hear me,
I wanted to talk with her,
but anger overcame my talking bee,
this was the mistake and I agree.

The other day when I entered,
she was busy doing her job-staring,
'Insecurity' in me started developing,
to break the silence I started coughing.

I wasn't able to control myself and went straight to her,
my tone was nasty and I started to quarrel accusing her,
she kept mum and didn't speak in between,
but as I was finished, from her right eye rolled a tear.

She was crying badly and I also felt bad about it,
but what I told her was the truth so I was still and firm,
but when her friend told me the real truth,
I was shocked and felt my thinking was as small as a worm.

She was blind....,
I apologized her in the best way I could,
soon she became normal and forgave me,
the next day with flowers I stood,

Now we are good friends and hangout together,
though she is blind my love for her will never wither,
soon I will propose her with a pack of french fries,
and will tell her, 'You can see the world through my eyes.'
