With an unseen noose tied around necks
all of us live under unknown surveillance
the other end of noose held by a powerful force
pulls the noose to the likes of its choice

Those were the days
boys we were
bubbling with energy
playful we were

quite often every dejected person'
complaint against God is ‘deprived'
comparing own life to others
in wealth status and power

in living a life
a real curse befallen

Big, enormous and majestic you are
Oh! Elephant! a giant on earth you are
in the wild you are a terror
when tamed you are a soldier

I waited in vain all along
to etch out a life that I like
a temple I built in my heart
the deity missing for a long

Dweller comes not by will
with an assignment on hand
brings along dwelling of own
which is never transferable
