Don't Give Up & Keep Trying

Knowing everything is not how you like
Knowing everything is difficult
Knowing things are sometimes just too hard
You still want to try
No matter what people say or think about what you do
You know that you can do it
Just because someone says that you can't sing
Or just because someone says that you can't dance
You're going to give up?
No…you're NOT going to give up
You ARE going to keep on trying
Hold your head up
Don't let your shoulders down
And for sure don't let people get inside your head
You and only you can control what you wanna do
So, if you wanna be a singer, hit a note
If you want to be a dancer, pop a couple of dance moves
If you want to be a rapper, spit a few rhymes
But whatever you do don't give up
And keep trying
