Stevie Ralphadoodledoo (Never was told / Headin' to Cali with a banjo on my knee)

I was born a Siamese twin. When we were 2, my brother and I were forced into the potato fields of Indiana, USA. We were not allowed to attend school. By the age of 4 we were both drunks and drug addicts. We fell in and out of prison over the next 30 years.
