Suicidal Thoughts

Thought about a match,
thought about a knife.
Thought about anything
which could have ended this life.

Hoped to find some friends,
but that didn't work.
smiled because i had to,
I was just a lost little girl.

Thought about a razor,
laid down in the bath.
Hoping someone would've heard it,
the pain beneath my laugh.

The days were all the same,
like a minute never passed.
In vain I tried to be happy,
that neither did last.

It hurts how they never noticed,
how just no one cared at all.
no matter how I stood there screaming,
the sound waves only ever ricochet on and off the walls.

Thought about the pills,
taking just one, too many, too much.
But those neither seemed to help,
it was just never good enough.

She was that girl whom wished she was without a heart,
soul filled with darkness, mind with suicidal thoughts.
