Grief Is Like A Roller Coaster

Grief is wonder, wonder of feelings

How are you going to feel the next day

It's like a roller coaster, you have bad days and good days

For it makes one angry, sad, exhausted, and confused

Moving on is a test, test of how you can deal with the love one gone

I live with a smile of my love one being in my heart

But still after so long

I have my bad days

I learn to deal with it but it's so confusing

Since it's like a roller coaster

When will I stop
